Moving from India to Bharat

I was thinking and thinking for a long time to extract something meaningful out of 1400 cc complex structure inside my head which is mainly ,in my case , driven by a delicate organ positioned right at the left of my chest ..so sometime i am happy to know this complex but pleasing functionality of my mind. But many a times that proves to be faultier one.Hey ..i am getting to know ,finally, that world do move on facts and reasoning. So lets abide by the rules and regulations which govern functional aspects of the civilized world.

I watched Slumdog Millionaire recently and observed the havoc made by some people who criticized the portrayal of India in such a 'cruel' manner. Many Nationalists and Urban part of India felt that West intrigue to know about the poor India and share no interest to see the new Emerging India story.I was wondering that if we were to be rational in terms of facts then why are we not being tangible and convinced from the fact that only 28% of population is urban and rest 72% are yet to claim themselves as part of the so called Emerging India. And to exacerbate the reality 31% of the urban India still comprises poors which includes migrated labours from rural India. How come we can then say that portraying one of the realities of India is undigestable and unjustifying.

We are a developing country but will not achieve the tag of a developed nation untill the equal and rational distribution of opportunity and prosperity instruments take place across the boundaries of Urban and Rual India.India is still Bharat. And being Bharat is itself showcases the originality of India. We should be known as one of its own kind which not only focuses on the spiritual aspects of life but also values and understands the practical and material prosperity and fulfillment of the life. And that can only be achieved once we understand ourself as Bharat not as India. What could be the better India if there are clean and well eqipped villages and suburban towns where we do not find the chaos of the urban India and even then find it well developed in terms of basic infrastructure and facilities. A Bharat where no rural person dies because he could not reach the nearby situated city hospital ,where no child leaves the school to help his family get the daily food ,where information flows though uninterrupted , where people leave with harmony and peace , where we feel close to the Nature and find ourself friend with the Environment ,where no one can see us as the "soft target" but respect our Integrity which is backed by independently developed world class weapons ,high class and advanced technological solutions to keep the peace intact.Lets dream of our new Bharat..and be a part of it..in any small way ...which is not small in importance..In hindi it is well said "boon bond se ghada bharta hai"...Jai Hind

  1. Its nice what you wrote. Its not a matter of shame or pride but to recognize our capabilities, limitations and most importantly responsibilities as a Bahrtiya that can help us most to achieve our dream. Jai Hind
